What this is for
The feeder pulled one sheet in sideways. The backs are upside down because the stack was flipped. The one A3 drawing sits differently from the rest. Every larger scan produces pages like that.
You select the pages - or have only the landscape pages selected with one click, which after a scan is usually exactly the right set - and turn them left, right or upside down. The preview shows every turn immediately, not first in the finished file.
Rotating is not redrawing. The rotation is a note on the page that every viewer follows - the pixels are not touched. So rotating costs no quality, and text stays text.
Existing rotations are added to rather than replaced: a page already at 90 degrees sits at 180 after another quarter turn - not back at 90. That sounds obvious and is the mistake many tools make.
Common questions
No. The rotating runs entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
No. The rotation is a note on the page, not a redraw. The pixels stay as they are - so you can rotate as often as you like without anything getting worse.
The rotation is added. A page at 90 degrees plus a quarter turn sits at 180 afterwards, not back at 90.
With the "Select the landscape pages only" button. It also counts pages that lie sideways because of an existing rotation note - not just ones whose dimensions are wider than tall.
